april 16, 2008: thanks to everybody who came out to see us tonight :) we used the electronic drumkit tonight, and that was interesting... since we were only playing for 30 minutes, we thought it would be more convenient (and it was), but man, did we miss the energy of the acoustic kit - fortunately, we are also playing this Friday (april 18) at The Blue Fugue (see Live Shows page for more details), and we are one of only two bands on the bill (with King Thief from St Louis), so you still have a chance to see us rock the house before the week is out - see you there!
april 6, 2008: thanks for a great show last night, everyone! we had an amazing time playing for you and very much enjoyed our first-ever show in beardstown, illinois. special thanks to pete vredenburgh for helping us set up the show and for letting us try out his Bose L1 sound systems - we were extremely impressed, and that is an understatment! we're looking forward to playing there again soon. we also want to thank Central Tavern for having us and Nicotine Poetic from bloomington, IL for starting off the night & opening up for us. in other news, we have two new Columbia shows coming up this month: Mojo's on Wednesday the 16th and Blue Fugue on Friday the 18th of april. see our live shows page for more details. see you soon :)

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you Friday. We will be performing with LaPush and Providence ($5 +2 under 21, or unused Dec 12th Blue Note ticket). See you there!

nov 25, 2007: we had a great time supporting the Univserity of Missouri Women's Volleyball team yesterday by opening for their Senior Day last game of the season at the Hearnes Center, in front of 1,512 fans. congratulations on your triple win! (30-20, 30-23, 30-22 against Colorado). we're looking forward to playing for you again next season!
oct 14, 2007: contest, design a bassdrum head logo! for anyone interested, our drummer jake ford is calling out to our fans, to provide him with a unique bass drum logo that supports anti-poaching across the world. contestants may design a logo that incorporates a slogan of their choice which correlates with a picture of your design!
